The encoded optimisation problem is solved by an non-deterministic multi-objective evolutionary algorithm, which exploits new genetic encoding schema, the strategy of crossover and uncertain interval Pareto comparison. To validate the feasibility, large-scale experiments have been conducted on simulated datasets.
