Abstract
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the chemical components present in the ethyl acetate extract of Styrax dasyanthus leaves.

目的:研究香菊叶乙酸乙酯提取物的化学成分。方法:采用有机溶剂脱色、萃取、液相制备、硅胶柱层析、半制备高效液相层析等方法对化学成分进行分离纯化。分离化合物的结构鉴定是基于核磁共振(NMR)数据和碳谱匹配分析。结果:从大杨花Styrax中共分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为(-)-二邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(2)、二氢杨梅素(3)、山奈酚-3- o - \(\beta\) - d -葡萄糖苷(4)、山奈酚-3-芦丁苷(3,4′,5,7-四羟黄酮-3-芦丁苷)(5)和(-)-二异山奈酚-4- o - \(\beta\) - d -葡萄糖苷(6)。结论:本研究首次从大杨花Styrax中分离到这6个化合物。
