Abstract

This paper highlights the role of the web 2.0 as intangible resource. The firm's strategic planning capacity cannot be restricted to a simple adaptation, though conscious adequation to a given competitive environment, but it should increasingly become an active component through resources. The second section of this study examines the different frameworks of analysis proposed by the doctrine in order to interpret the strategic management and the related processes of value creation.
