Abstract

Hypothenar hammer syndrome (HHS) is a rare traumatic vascular disease, which is characterized by pain and cold insensitivity in the areas fed by ulnar artery. Computerized tomography angiography (CTA) is the gold standard for the accurate diagnosis of it.
