Abstract

The evaluation of urban fire risk is an important gist of scientific and effective urban firefighting management, planning and construction. In this study, taking the 8th division with Shihezi city (Shi-City) as an example, an evaluation index system of urban fire risk is first built through analyzing the influential factors of fire risk in urban areas, which contains four first-class indexes and twenty-two second-class indexes. 基于二元层次分析法的城市火灾风险评价——以石河子市八区为例
城市火灾风险评价是科学有效地进行城市消防管理、规划和建设的重要依据。本研究以八区石河子市(石市)为例,通过对城市火灾风险影响因素的分析,首先构建了城市火灾风险评价指标体系,包含4个一级指标和22个二级指标。然后,为了克服层次分析法(AHP)的不足,在AHP中引入二元模糊语言表示模型来计算指标的权重。在此基础上,提出了城市火灾风险评价模型。最后,将所建立的模型应用于石市火灾风险评价,得出石市火灾风险等级为略高于中等,对火灾控制和安全管理具有重要的指导意义。
