Although the benchmark size is clear but has not assessed with 4 perspectives as determined by the Balanced Scorecard method. The purpose of this study is to make a corporate strategy using four perspectives that exist in the Balanced Scorecard as the basis for developing strategies at PT. Pertagas Niaga. Data processing and analysis methods used are the analysis of balance scorecard analysis, and strengths, weakness, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). The results showed in the financial perspective, the KPI is getting a low price, and getting a good price competitor. For the customer perspective that becomes a KPI is reducing incomplete administrative problems and sudden requests. Then customer satisfaction with the Procurement function is considered good. For the internal business process perspective, the KPI is helped in the problem of the absence of a special team formed to evaluate vendor performance and all stages of the procurement process are carried out electronically. In the growth and learning perspective, the KPI is that all employees of the procurement function become more skilled and can more easily know the market price.
