ETNIK MELAYU DALAM SETTING BUDAYA LOKAL TEPAK SIRIH SEBAGAI SIMBOL PERLAWANAN (TINJAUAN SOSIOBUDAYA)

Abstract

The findings as a result of this study will enable the reader to get an explanation of how the Malay ethnicity in the local cultural setting is Tepak Sirih as a symbol of their infaq resistance to the enrichment of the values of the state mission course (sociocultural and political review). Issues related to local culture (local wisdom) are social realities that we can measure related to the content contained therein. The measurement of the content of the values of a local culture certainly cannot be done arbitrarily, but by looking at the extent to which the content of these values becomes the principles and values of living together with a community group or a nation. In the context of the Malay Ethnic in the local cultural setting, tepak sirih infaq towards enriching the values of the state mission course (a sociocultural and political review), is one of the undeniable concrete manifestations that it will be able to contribute to the enrichment of the values of the state mission course (a sociocultural review). The implementation of this research used a qualitative approach with the pattern of conducting research directly meeting with the selected population or informants. The results of this relatively simple study have such urgent value because they can guarantee that Malay ethnicity in the local cultural setting of tepak sirih is a symbol of resistance (sociocultural review). ) can directly or indirectly become a supplier of noble values, both in the context of fellow Malays and in the context of togetherness as one Indonesian nation.
