Additionally, this study proposes a framework for implementing an integrated management systems (IMS) approach centered on the iterative implementation of sustainable development practices to promote employee health and well-being and minimize workplace demands. Abstract

This study examines the notion of sustainable development in corporate organizations and argues that businesses’ adoption of systems/standards to support their sustainable development practices improves employee health and well-being in significant ways.
