Abstract

La thérapie par pression négative s’est imposée au cours de ces dix dernières années dans la prise en charge des patients porteurs de plaies plus ou moins complexes. Parallèlement, l’offre du marché des dispositifs médicaux utilisés a évolué avec trois orientations principales : une relative stabilité de la commercialisation de systèmes de thérapie par pression négative standard, la poursuite du développement de systèmes spécifiques par indication et l’essor de pansements portatifs et miniaturisés, adaptés à l’ambulatoire.
