Abstract

The development of economic, culture and society has fetched many opportunities and challenges for students of universities in the current period. Employers require not only skilled human resources but also ability to adapt to  a volatile, constantly changing and developing working environment. This fact requires students to have a basic change from thinking to action. Along with specialized knowledge, universities should aim to  strengthen the integration of training soft skills for students to meet the requirements of employers.
