To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher distributed a questionnaire to a random sample of employees selected from those hotels, and 882 questionnaires were valid for analysis. The study discovered that all organizational climate dimensions in the five-star hotels within the regions of Makkah and Madinah are clearly present, in addition to employees practicing the method of enhancing the sense of belonging correctly. Abstract
