Risk management in trade organizations

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study the risk management mechanisms of trade organizations with the proposal of an improved methodology for identifying risks of the external and internal environment of operation. The article provides descriptive, comparative and analytical methods for researching data on the current risk management mechanisms of organizations. Among the results achieved, the creation of an Anti-Risk Policy with mandatory elements in it is highlighted, a mechanism for identifying the risks of a trade organization is proposed, including the formation of a register and a risk map.
