The author examines the powers of public prosecutors at the management level associated with the appointment to positions. The legal and psychological characteristics of the employee of the prosecutor’s office are given, conclusions and proposals are formulated, aimed at solving the legal and psychological problems of the reception and placement of personnel in the system of the prosecutor’s office. Abstract

The article deals with the problems of selection and placement of personnel in the modern system of the Russian prosecutor’s office.
