Abstract

A analysis in a granular film of samples of alloys based on Co and Ag. A series of heterogeneous films based on cobalt and silver was made by co-evaporation metals using two independent electron guns at room temperature in a vacuum chamber with a base pressure of 10-4 Pa. A mathematical model of hierarchical clustering of sample films granules has been created. The values of the distribution function, the probability density of the formation of a hierarchical sample tree are obtained.
