Abstract

The effect of the tested substances on in vitro nematicidity and nematostaticity was verified on saprobiotic (Caenorhabditis elegans, Turbatrix aceti) and phytoparasitic nematodes (Ditylenchus destructor). Working solutions were prepared in the following dilutions: 1) 1/1000, 2) 1/100, 3) 1/10, 4) 1/1, 5) undiluted, 6) control, water, and 7) standard (horseradish root juice).
