Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA) and COVID-19 share several clinical features that may contribute to confusion when formulating a diagnosis. The authors performed two reviews of the published literature to determine the frequency of clinical features that are similar and dissimilar in giant cell arteritis and COVID-19. The authors include a Venn diagram and Excel spreadsheet that can help the practitioner distinguish Giant Cell Arteritis from COVID-19 based on the clinical findings.
