Abstract

The beneficiation of low-grade manganese ore is investigated using applied magnetics separation, multi-gravity separator, shaking table, flotation methods, and sulfuric acid leaching. The manganese content in the ore sampled from the Unagad deposit is 17.31%. The best option and high result among beneficiation experiments is the use of a multi-gravity separator. Manganese leaching from the concentrate is investigated using H2SO4 and H2O2 as leaching and reducing agents.
