At the elementary level, the teachers holding administrative, supervisory and teaching works should follows some professional ethics in their teaching learning practices along with techno-pedagogical integration. Technology coupled with pedagogy is boon for teaching learning process which helped them in maintaining their code of ethics and the duties and responsibly in their profession. A teacher has some obligations towards students, parents, society. In this paper the researcher tries to explain the importance of professionalism and techno-pedagogical integration in elementary school classrooms are essential for fostering effective teaching practices and promoting student success. Abstract

As per New Education Policy-2020, an elementary stage or foundation stage of education is given special focus. Teachers play a significant role in this stage like providing good quality of education, professional duties and commitment. It is desirable that a teacher should perform his duties ethically.
