Abstract

Particulars o f factors o f navigational and ecological safety on the example o f the Obb Bay when sailing in areas with the situation quickly changed. Apparatus o f artificial neural networks for operational situation appraisal in the nearest marine ship's zone has been suggested. Basic types o f neural network architecture suitable for analysis o f dynamic territorial situation has been also advised. Comparison o f artificial neural structure on parameter o f fast acting and exactness applicable for the task o f situation appraisal has been made. It shows the advantage o f recurrent neural network
