It was indicated by the absence of a significant effect between the user satisfaction and service quality variables with a significance value of 0.899 at α = 0.05. Thus, it was not fully fit for organization-technology relationship. Management Information System (MIS) in government institutions is vital in supporting excellent services to the community.
