Based on the one-way ANOVA test, a significance value of 0.19 was obtained and the least significant difference (LSD) test showed that there was a difference in effect between the two exercises. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of single leg speed hop and double leg speed hop training on increasing leg power.
