Abstract
Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and model-informed precision dosing (MIPD) have become effective methods in determining and adjusting dose regimens of various drugs in clinical practice. With the latest development in technology, particularly in computer science, drug individualization has evolved to be more flexible and precise. However, these methods still have certain drawbacks and have not been applied on a grand scale.
