Study of the effect of positioning dacryocyst by dacryocystography in endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy

Abstract

Objective To discuss the localization effect of dacryocystography in endoscopic endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy on dacryocystitis. Method The 28 cases of patient were scanned with orbital CT before operation. On coronal scanning image, the location of the longest dacryocyst image were made sure which was shown by dacryocystography in lateral wall of the nasal cavity and the location was marked by the ridge of nasal septum. The operation was performed with those marks. Result All patients were performed successfully during operation. Conclusions Dacryocystography and orbital CT scanning are performed before surgery, which can help work out surgical planning and guide surgery in patients with dacryocystitis who are accepted endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy under endoscope. 鼻内窥镜泪囊鼻腔造口术中泪囊造影术定位泪囊效果的研究

目的探讨鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造瘘术中泪囊造影的定位效果。方法术前对28例患者进行眼眶CT扫描。在冠状位扫描图像上，确定鼻腔外侧壁泪囊造影术显示的最长泪囊图像的位置，并以鼻中隔脊标记其位置。手术是带着这些标记进行的。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术。结论泪囊炎患者行鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术，术前行泪囊造影及眶内CT扫描，有助于制定手术计划，指导手术。关键词:泪囊造影术;的位置;鼻内窥镜泪囊鼻腔造口术
