The location has been selectively selected, using primary data. Data retrieval was made using observation, the filling of questionnaires, and interviews with 14 farmers using questionnaires. Data analysis USES is a quantitative descriptive method. The description of the internal factors surrounding corn farmers adopting a variety of Madura 3 corn is that most of them are in productive age groups, with formal education levels dominated by elementary education, considerable corncob experience, and limited land ownership. But, rather, there is an external factor around the farmers' adoption of the 3 Madura corn variety, the availability of technology information through socialization and demplot/demo farm, the support of education and farming groups, the high levels of crop pests and diseases, and the availability of seed. The role of the farm group in the village of duko tambin was judged positive by the farmers who influenced the 3 varieties of madura corn.
