Methodology: It was created on the basis of an analysis of the content of legal acts and documents as well as studies of the subject literature. Results of the research: The conclusions contained in the article refer to the possibility of using one of these institutions to free yourself from debt. Abstract

The purpose of the article: The aim of the article is to discuss the loan proposal in the „ key for debt ” formula contained in Recommendation S of 2019 against the background of voluntary sale of real estate based on art. 35 of the Act on Mortgage Credit and Supervision over Mortgage Credit Intermediaries and Agents [on Mortgage Loans and Loan Agents of 23 March 2017].
