There is a good agreement between the observed and calculated rate constants. Abstract

Abstract The kinetics of oxidation of tellurium(IV) (Te(IV)) by diperiodatonickelate(IV) (DPN) in aqueous alkaline medium has been studied spectrophotometrically.
