Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of doctrinal approaches to the definition of the key element ofthe labor function, as a profession. Based on the research results of scientists in this area, as well as in thelight of the current legislation, all necessary structural elements of the labor function are established andthe relationship between them is carried out.
