Peran Kelompok Wanita Tani pada Program Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) Terhadap Pengembangan Life Skill Anggota Kelompok di Kabupaten Aceh Besar

Abstract

Abstrak. Program pembangunan yang dapat memberdaya wanita untuk lebih produktif dan berkembang adalah program pekarangan pangan lestari. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana tingkat life skill anggota KWT pada program pekarangan pangan lestari di Kabupaten Aceh Besar dan bagaimana peran KWT pada program P2L terhadap pengembangan life skill anggota kelompok di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Metode penelitian ini adalah survey dengan melakukan pendekatan secara deskriptif. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan chi square. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk skala likert yang mengungkapkan data tentang peran KWT dan life skill anggota KWT. Respondennya ialah 90 orang, populasinya sebanyak 2160 orang. Hasil dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Secara umum tingkat life skill anggota KWT di Kabupaten Aceh Besar berada pada kategori sedang. 2) Secara umum peran KWT berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan life skill anggota kelompok di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Secara parsial peran KWT sebagai wahana kerjasama dan unit produksi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan Life Skill anggota kelompok di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. The Role of Women Farmers Groups in the Sustainable Food Yard Program on the Development of Life Skills for Group Members in Aceh Besar DistrictAbstract. A development program that can empower women to be more productive and develop is a sustainable food garden program. This study aims to find out how the level of life skills of KWT members in the sustainable food garden program in Aceh Besar District and what is the role of KWT in the P2L program in developing the life skills of group members in Aceh Besar District. This research method is a survey with a descriptive approach. This research was analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and chi square. This study used a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale which revealed data about the role of the KWT and the life skills of KWT members. Respondents are 90 people, the population is 2160 people. The results of the study concluded that: 1) In general, the life skill level of KWT members in Aceh Besar District is in the moderate category. 2) In general, the role of KWT significantly influences the development of the life skills of group members in Aceh Besar District. Partially the role of KWT as a vehicle for cooperation and production units has a significant effect on the development of the Life Skills of group members in Aceh Besar District.
