Abstract
Taking the maintenance support of certain equipment as an example, a queuing model is built by using the queuing-system theory of finite call-delay system of the customer source. This paper analyses the maintenance support problems of the equipment with limited customer resource’s theory of waiting queuing system, and describes a simulation research on the mean number of malfunction and the mean time of waiting for maintenance with MATLAB7.1 programming.
