Abstract

This research is entitled innovation work @Beauty_bouquet.id as a marketingcommunication via Instagram social media. This research discusses the innovation of the work of@ Beauty_bouquet.id as a marketing communication strategy through Instagram social media.Innovation is an individual's ability to improve work performance.
