Abstract

Reinforcement corrosion is considered as one of the most important parameters determining the service life of reinforced concrete structures. In this study, an alternative method that protects reinforced concrete reinforcements against the effects of corrosion has been examined. Within the scope of the study, in addition to the traditionally produced reference reinforced concrete samples, reinforced concrete samples produced with mineral additive cement slurry coated reinforcements were prepared.
