A lightweight web server as well as website interface has been developed, which restricts cost efficient laboratory equipment and measures electronic devices as “virtual laboratory” for any technical institute experiments to undergraduate as well as post graduate students. It uses standard browsers without additional plug-ins to provide interface to any user. Abstract

Experimental laboratories in technical institute are important part of the education areas.
