Abstract

Distribution network is one of the main parts of the power systems. Currently, the widely used bare overhead transmission line in the distribution work may lead to unwanted accidents. However, the cost of replacing existing bare conductors with new insulated wires is too high. The on-site insulating of bare conductors is a promising solution. To this end, an insulating material that is proper for this application is vital.
