Abstract
This paper describes the design of an FSK transmitter for the 433 MHz ISM (Industrial, Scientific, Medical) band, which is realized in a standard digital 0.5 /spl mu/m CMOS technology. It includes the PA itself, an upconverter, and the circuit generating the baseband quadrature signals with a continuous phase modulation.
