Abstract

Suddenly solar electric energy is a hot topic – often still misunderstood, but hot nonetheless. From investors to electricity consumers, the prospect of getting electricity from the largest source in the solar system – the sun – is now understood as possible, and possibly desirable – though unfortunately expensive. Paula Mints, associate director of the Navigant Consulting PV Service Program takes up the story.
