Abstract

Dogustan kistik adenomatoid malformasyon embriyonik farklilasma anomalisi olarak normal akciger dokusunun yerini degisik boyut ve sayida kistlerin almasi ile ortaya cikan nadir hamartomatoz bir malformasyondur Ilk kez gebe olan annenin 24 gebelik haftasinda yapilan fetal ultrasonografi incelemesinde sol hemitoraksta kistik lezyon saptandi Ortalama 24 gestasyon haftasinda torakoamniyotik sant konuldu Olgumuz 25 gestasyon haftasinda erken eylem ve erken membran rupturu nedeniyle dogdu Tip I dogustan kistik adenomatoid malformasyon tanisiyla dogum sonrasi ilk 12 saat icinde olen hastamizi dogum oncesi ve dogum sonrasi teshis ve tedavi acisindan tartistik Turk Ped Ars 2012; 47: 294 7
