Abstract
Economic digitalization means that digital technologies are gradually becoming an inherent part of corporative activities in all fields of human life. These technologies should be regularly tested for effectiveness. The area of personnel training is currently undergoing active digitalization, which raises the matter of its assessment. The authors tested several models for assessing the effectiveness of staff training in the context of digitalization, as well as reviewed available scientific publications on the matter. As a result, they built a theoretical apparatus for understanding the research topic and described the existing models for evaluating the effectiveness of staff training. The analysis of the best practices was illustrated by specific examples. The article also introduces some recommendations on how to apply a particular assessment method to a particular corporative environment.
