Gobernanza cultural en México ¿un mito?

Abstract

This article investigates the mechanisms of participation for the Mexican society in the formulation of the cultural policy according to the General Law of Culture and Cultural Rights of 2017; in detail the breakthroughs of the National Meeting of Culture, space focused on the elaboration, coordination, and evaluation of the cultural policies. The cultural governance approach is employed to review the Law and the results of the first and second National Meeting of Culture.
