The open circuit voltage (V oc ) was 4.1V and short-circuit current density (I sc ) was 1.44 mA. Abstract

In this study, CdO-CdO 2 thin films, which was prepared by chemical method and deposited by drop casting technique on glass and silicon substrates have been studied.
