espanolPor lo general entendemos la disciplina como una coleccion de ejemplos previos que pueden ser utilizados y manipulados como referencias en el proceso de diseno. Sin embargo, ?nos hemos preguntado alguna vez hasta que punto estamos transgrediendo los derechos de autor de otros colegas? ?Somos conscientes de estas reglamentaciones? Esta entrevista no solo esclarece la historia del derecho de autor en arquitectura, sino que busca ademas las oportunidades y posibilidades subyacentes en esos conceptos juridicos. EnglishWe usually understand the discipline as a collection of previous examples that can be used and manipulated as references for the design process. However, have we ever asked ourselves to what extent are we contravening the copyrights owned by previous colleagues? Are we aware of these regulations? This interview not only clarifies the history of copyright in architecture, but also seeks for the opportunities and possibilities underlying those legal concepts
