Abstract:Undersized groups are all too common nowadays. Despite the problems that groups of four or fewer present, leaders can find opportunities to activate groups if they mine the resources of members and mobilize their own skills and imaginations. This depends much on the composition and history of a particular group and on the creativity that may emerge among the members and their leader.
