Performance expectancy and effort expectancy has a moderately positive relationship with the intention to use social media, respectively, while social influence has a weak positive relationship with the intention to use social media. Abstract

This study explored social media use among IT workers at the University of Aydin, Turkey. A quantitative descriptive survey was adopted, elicited data from a total population sample was analysed using frequency counts/percentages and Spearman correlation.
