In the case of the operation of a warehouse, lighting, refrigeration / heating and loading equipment are the mainly responsible for the energy consumption and emission of greenhouse gases (GHG). However, ISO 14001, which deals with environmental management, does not highlight the main indicators to be used for evaluation and monitoring of the company operations. In this way, the need to adopt green practices in the warehouse operation was identified. The purpose of this article is to select indicators that allow to evaluate and monitoring of practices that, when applied, make the operation of the warehouse, in fact, green. This research analyzes the reliability of the indicators chosen using the Cronbach alpha method, followed by its validation.
