The tribe is composed of eleven cryptic genera with all species mimicking lichen, moss, wood or a leaf, and is known to feed on leaves. The species is reported from various states of India, including Maharashtra, Manipur, Uttar Pradesh, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal.
