Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel penghargaan dan pengakuan, kerjasama tim, budaya organisasi, Pendidikan dan pelatihan, kepercayaan organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasaan kinerja pegawai. TQM berpengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. \nThis study aims to determine the application of TQM which consists of appreciation and recognition, teamwork, organizational culture, education and training, organizational confidence in employee job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 95 employees in the Department of Highways and Construction of South Sulawesi Province. The results of this study indicate that the variables of appreciation and recognition, teamwork, organizational culture, education and training, organizational trust significantly influence employee satisfaction. Abstract
