Abstract

The study provides empirical evidence on the mediating effects of job satisfaction (JS) and the moderating role of Islamic work ethics(IWE) when counterproductive work behaviour (CWB) is predicted by psychological contract breach (PCB) in the context of the publicministries of the Gaza Strip, Palestine.
