The difference of the pain index scores between two group was statistical significant. Abstract

0.1%溴芬酸钠滴眼液缓解翼状胬肉手术中刺激性症状的研究

目的观察溴芬酸钠滴眼液缓解翼状胬肉切除术后刺激症状的疗效和安全性。方法收集2015年9月至2016年9月行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术的患者95例(120眼)，随机分为两组。A组(60眼)分别于术前3天和术后7天给予0.1%溴芬酸钠滴眼液，每日2次;B组(60眼)不给予滴眼液。观察两组患者术后刺激症状的分级，并比较两组患者术后角膜上皮的愈合情况。结果A组术后6h、8h、24h、48h、72h疼痛指数评分均低于B组。两组患者疼痛指数评分差异有统计学意义。术后第2天、第3天、第7天角膜创面愈合率两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论0.1%溴苯醚钠滴眼液能安全有效地缓解翼状胬肉切除术后的刺激症状。关键词:溴芬酸钠;眼药水;翼状胬肉;疼痛;角膜上皮
