Abstract

The hydrologic information is the foundation of the hydrologic researches. At first, this paper analyzes hydrologic information system and hydrologic data sharing in the current status. Based on the data collecting and integrating of the Heihe River Basin including the spatial data and the observation data, hydrologic data sharing and on-line services are realized with the help of open source HIS (Hydrologic Information System) by CUAHSI (Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science, Inc.). 基于开源水文信息系统的黑河流域水文数据共享设计与实现
水文信息是水文研究的基础。本文首先分析了我国水文信息系统和水文数据共享的现状。在对黑河流域空间数据和观测数据进行数据采集和整合的基础上,利用开源水文信息系统(HIS)实现了流域水文数据的共享和在线服务。整个黑河流域HIS系统采用ODM (Observation Database Model)、WebGIS和Web服务,利用黑河流域的流域科学数据。为此,以中国西北典型内陆河黑河流域为例,建立了具有水文观测数据检索、浏览、在线服务和分析等功能的水文信息共享系统。
