Results indicated that research based on research objectives is that there is a significant relationship between staff competences and procurement performance at Rwanda Public Procurement Authority as indicated by coefficient of 0.350 with a R square of 0.059 which is positive.Results demonstrated that coefficient for each independent variable were zero.
