Abstract

This study wants to know the extent of community participation and the role of government in community-based and sustainable tourism management in Cemara Beach, Jember Regency. This study uses qualitative research methods, with in-depth interviews with several key informants. The findings in this study include: First, the forerunner of the formation of Cemara Beach by people who care about the environment.
